Looking for an enthusiastic intern to assist plover biologists with: • Snowy Plover nest monitoring • Educational outreach • Nest exclosure construction and maintenance
Intern will work 8 to 10 hour days, 3-5 days per week. Candidate must be in good physical condition and able to walk on the beach up to 10 miles per day carrying a 20 pound pack. Approximate start and end dates are: March 16, 2009-September 16, 2009. Position is unpaid.
