Summer Botany Positions in western Washington: The DEMO Experiment Description: Field crew positions are available to participate in the Demonstration of Ecosystem Management Options (DEMO) Study, a long-term experiment that examines the effects of current management practices on forest ecosystems (http://www.fs.fed.us/pnw/rmp/demo/). This summer, field assistants are needed to measure understory plant abundance at two sites located within the Gifford Pinchot National Forest (southwest Washington).
