Hello, I am wondering if anyone has completed an AFLP analysis for Vincetoxicum nigrum (black swallow wort), Solanum dulcamara (bittersweet nightshade) or Lythrum salicaria (purple loosestrife). I am considering using AFLP to describe genetic differences between populations in New England and would appreciate any advice anyone might have.
