Dear Colleagues,

The Editorial Office, CURRENT ZOOLOGY, seeks a full-time editor. Applicants 
should have a PhD degree in MOLECULAR BIOLOGY or GENOMICS, being preferably a 
native English speaker. Duties of this post include manuscript processing, 
English editing of manuscripts for review and accepted manuscripts, etc. The 
initial appointment will be one year but can be extendable. Editorial 
experience will be an advantage.

Salary depends on experience and qualification, and will be competitive.

This post will be based at Institute of Zoology (IOZ), Chinese Academy of 
Sciences, Beijing. IOZ is a government-funded research institute in zoological 
sciences, and provides a dynamic and highly collaborative research environment 
across various fields such as ecology, evolutionary biology, conservation 
biology, systematics, genetics, cell biology and reproductive biology.

CURRENT ZOOLOGY is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed international journal that 
publishes reviews, research articles, and short communications in all aspects 
of Zoology, including significant new findings of fundamental and general 
interest. Submissions in the research fields of ecology, behavioral biology, 
biogeography, conservation biology, evolutionary biology and genomics are 
especially welcome. In particular, CURRENT ZOOLOGY seeks to publish research 
that explores the interface between zoological disciplines, and is truly 
integrative by illuminating the greater picture.
