Dear Ecolog-L participants, does anybody has an experience with use of Orion nitrate electrode (Fisher Scientific International) for analyzing nitrate content in SOIL SAMPLES? >From the user's guide, I got the feeling that the measuring is almost as simple as measuring of pH - is it like this? And how about accuracy? My aim is to use this instrument for simple measuring of nitrate content in soil samples in the context of vegetation study, but I would appreciate sharing experience from anybody who is using it for any other purpose...
