I am writing to see if anyone has any suggestions for estimating bioavailability of PAHs and metals in sediments. The data I have was analyzed for total metals / PAHs. The metals data was not analyzed with the AVS/SEM method. I do have several water chemistry parameters which may be useful (salinity, conductivity, redox potential, pH, total organic carbon, and the percent distribution of sand, silt, and clay in the analyzed sample), but I am not 100% positive how to use these to estimate bioavailability.
