Hello, is anybody aware of a publication on the economic costs of not meeting the biodiversity targets set by the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) for 2010?
I heard that a group in Europe was trying to assess these costs. The targets of reducing biodiversity loss in Europe (via improved protection and a number of other measures) are not being met and the CBD is now looking at strategies beyond 2010.
