Hello. I am interested in opinions/references for the appropriate use, from an ecological perspective, of the following four terms: control, driver, regulator, and constraint.
These four terms are often used interchangeably in the literature and I'm hoping someone can provide reference(s)/overview/clarification to how/if they differ from one another in their specific meaning in an ecological context.
