Hi all,

I have a wonderful technician who is just finishing a project for me in a
biogeochemistry lab, and she is
looking for a new lab/field job in California. She graduated from UC
Berkeley last year, and she is very detail-oriented and does fast reliable
lab work. Please contact her if interested:

For the past couple years, I have been working at a variety of research
laboratories. Currently, I am working as a lab assistant at an
environmental science lab at UC Berkeley where I participate in a few
research projects. There, I learn GC gas chromatography, CN
chromatography, soil enzyme assay, soils grinding and vials evacuating for
gas samples. As an undergraduate, I volunteered at LBNL assisting a
research group involving single-molecule manipulation studies where I
learnt PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, agarose gel electrophoresis,
vector ligation and transformation of E. coli and yeast cells. I also
worked in a chemistry storeroom and as a math tutor in a community college
to develop my communication and leadership skills.

I am avaiable for work starting in late August.

Many Thanks!
Sandy
