ECOLOGGERS:

Does anyone know of any research-grade GPS software (software that allows for points, lines and polys to be collected, and data dictionaries of varying complexity to be used) on some type of smartphone (e.g. iPhone)? I'm interested in having access to, for instance, the Google Earth maps no matter where I am and to be able to collect field data referenced to these maps. Thanks!
