I am going to run Patch Analyst extension in ArcView GIS for estimating Landscape Metrics of a catchment. At the beginning, user of the extension should define the following parameters: 1. MPI threshold: ? 2. Buffer distance: ? 3. Boundary Influence: ? I do not have any idea about setting the above-mentioned parameters. So, I appreciate for either any comments, views or any literature.
