TITLE: GLOBAL SOIL DNA STUDY
We are conducting a global biogeographical survey of soil bacteria
using mass pyrosequencing of soil DNA. If anyone would be interested
in contributing purified bulk DNA to our project, we can characterise
it for you and provide a complete taxonomic breakdown of the bacteria
in your soil sample, in tern for adding the data to our global
database (eventually to be published). We can supply a DNA extraction
kit for those in places where they are not readily available - you do
need a basic lab to purify the DNA though.
