The 18th International Conference on
Environmental Indicators will be held on 13-16
September 2010 in Hefei, China. Hefei lies in the
central region of China, between the Yangtze and
Yellow Rivers. Hefei has a rich history spanning
over 2000 years and various dynasties, with many
well known historic attractions. Hefei is also
surrounded by several beautiful World Cultural
Heritage sites, including Yellow Mountain

and the ancient villages of Xidi and Hongcun

Conference Theme: Indicators of Long-term Environmental Change
Conference Program: The conference will include
plenary keynote lectures, oral and poster
presentations, and roundtable discussions. The
scientific topics will include, but are not limited to, the followings:

* Indicators of changes in the ocean environment
* Indicators of change in wetland, estuary,
grassland, arid and alpine environments
