I'd like to take small (~50 cc) water samples from experim Dear Ecolog I'd like to take small (~50 cc) water samples from experimental tubs so I can later conduct some chemical analyses that are yet undecided upon. These would probably include nitrate content, but possibly also other organic and inorganic macro nutrients. What would be the best way to store them until I do the anlyses, so that the nutrient levels would not change? Is storing the water frozen in plastic tubes ok?
