I request assistance from as many people as possible for a survey on
tree professionals in your area. I am doing a survey on arborists/
tree service companies. This survey is based on data I obtain from
ads in phone book yellow pages. Yellow pages are the main outlet for
ads by tree service professionals and is the most readily available
source of info on this profession. I would like as broad a coverage
as possible from the U.S., including Hawaii. You can help by looking
up "tree service" in your yellow pages, cutting out the pages, and
mailing them to me at the address below. I also need a note that
describes the region encompassed by the add, including U.S. state,
counties, or main city in the area.

greatly appreciated.
