Friends, I’m writing to ask for any advice, suggestions or horror stories
concerning pollinator observations. I’m interested in studying some sub-
canopy trees (~ 5-8m tall) in tropical wet forest. Ultimately, I want to
link pollinator observations to plant reproductive success (fruits/seeds).
I’ve read the literature and the experimental designs; I’m interested in
what doesn’t get into print! In particular, I’m interested in hearing from
folks who have used photo/video traps or climbed trees to get better
vantage points. Any comments are welcome!
Thank you!
