Greetings! As a member of Academic Affairs at College of the Atlantic (COA),
Maine, I am interested in faculty workloads. COA requires all things of
faculty members - teaching, advising, independent work, student projects,
academic and subcommittees, search and hiring committees and many
administrative duties. Academic Affairs is interested in finding out how other
colleges and universities allocate responsibilities beyond teaching and
advising to faculty and if extra compensation is awarded. Any guidance would
