Hello Alexandre,

Two options that may be of interest are Zotero and Mendeley. Both are 
distributed at no charge. I think Zotero is open-source, and Mendeley is not.

Also, for what it's worth, the English language version of Wikipedia has an 
article that compares many different reference management programs:

the article has links to several other articles reviewing options for
