Brian Czech's article indicates that economists are starting to change their 
thinking, but the Ecological Society of America seems unable to make similar 
progress. This is a serious let down for ecologists since it might be expected 
that ecologists would be more progressive thinkers in this arena. Should ESA 
adjust their stance with regards economic growth?
