Dear All: I'm starting a greenhouse experiment involving mycorrhizal fungi and I need to include a non-mycorrhizal component. However, I'm having an issue deciding if the best method to remove the effect of the mycorrhiza is through sterilization of field soil in the autoclave, or through application of a fungicide. Any insights into this issue would be very helpful.
