Marine Ecophysiologist, University of Delaware
The School of Marine Science and Policy within the College of Earth,
Ocean, and Environment invites applications for a nine-month, tenure
track faculty position in marine ecophysiology, starting at the rank
of Assistant Professor. The position will be located at the coastal
campus in Lewes, DE. Responsibilities will include development of a
vigorous research program, teaching, and advisement of graduate and
undergraduate students. We are interested in candidates who
investigate environmental adaptations in marine animals, using
biochemical and molecular techniques, and who examine responses
across cellular and organismal scales. The Lewes campus offers ready
access to a variety of marine habitats and laboratory facilities for
holding marine animals. The School has a staff of 41 full-time
faculty members, approximately 100 graduate students, and a growing
undergraduate program. The graduate program in marine bioscience is
ranked in the top 10 nationally. Applicants should submit: 1) a
