Dear all:

I have now compiled and sent off the information to those who requested it
off list (I removed the names and email addresses of those providing
information, and bcc'd those requesting it). If anyone else wants to chime
in to provide information, or request it please feel free.

Thank you everyone who contributed information-- we all appreciate it!

Cheers,
Laura
