Has anyone used a LiCor 6400 (or 6200) for soil respiration in a lab incubation? We do not have a GC with the proper detector but do have a 6400 with soil respiration chamber. I have an idea of how I would like to set this up and have searched the literature for guidance but have come up with very little. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
