Does any body have a list of papers that have examples of BACI analysis. Before you tell me to look in the references section of a paper by Dr. Stewart-Oaten I am looking for papers that explain how they analyzed the BACI design and how the assumptions that are such a problem were met. I am most interested in papers that have the kind of analysis where one subtracts the repeat control and impact measurements and then do a test to compare the average of before and after. I have searched diligently and found a few examples. I found some that do that test but not check the assumptions. I hope that you can help me find more.
