Hello,
I'm writing to inform interested researchers in an opportunity to
gain additional experience in immunological techniques to enhance and
complement research in ecology and organismal biology.
Our NSF-funded Research Coordination Network in Ecoimmunology has
funds to provide opportunities for research training exchanges over
the next several years. These research exchanges are intended to help
colleagues learn and perfect the core techniques of ecoimmunology;
the key impediment to using new techniques is often a lack of
familiarity. In addition, exchanges will help implement the
standardization of techniques. Funds can also be used to allow
established researchers to test the viability of techniques developed
in one taxon on other taxa.
