TITLE:  Postdoctoral Scholar 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES: A postdoctoral scholar position is available in the
Department of Horticulture at the University of Kentucky to participate in
an integrated, multi-state, research and extension project funded by a USDA
Specialty Crop Research Initiative Grant entitled “Impact and social
acceptance of selected sustainable practices in ornamental crop production
systems.”

QUALIFICATIONS: A Ph.D. in horticulture or plant science with knowledge
related to commercial nursery and/or floral crop production is required. The
individual should possess the ability to function within a team and to
communicate effectively.

AVAILABILITY:  The position will be available October 1, 2010.
