[ECOLOG-L] federal Sage Grouse monitoring protocol

I am looking for federal protocol on lek surveys for Sage Grouse.  I am sure
the USFWS and BLM must have something, but haven't found any on the
internet.  If you know a link or have a pdf please send along.
