RMBL is a field station located in the rockies of central Colorado at 9500 feet in elevation. Each summer we typically host several hundred students and scientists who do field work in the area around Gothic. We are planning for use of our facilities in 2011 and we have an opening for a group from Aug. 18-26, 2011. With an overall housing capacity of 160, we can handle groups up to 60 individuals during that time period, including all meals. We may also have capacity June 6-16th. Recent groups who have used our facilities include ESA's Seeds program and the Smithsonian's hymenoptera course. While facilities are rustic, our rates are quite affordable-- depending on the ranges of services it is in the ballpark of $60/person including housing and meals. Staff may be available to assist with educational programs if desired. Interested organizations should contact RMBL Executive Director, Ian Billick, [email protected] or 970 349 7231.
