Hi folks, I m interested in doing some nearest neighbour analysis and have a query. If I find three individuals of the species that I am interested in under one trap and one in an adjacent trap 5m away, is the nearest neighbour distance for the three individuals 5m or 0m. Basically do you consider conspecifics under the same trap as the nearest neighbour or do you always use the nearest alternative trap? Thanks in advance Mark
