Cell Biology Faculty Position at Unity College in Maine Unity College invites applications for a Cell Biology assistant professor to support our environmentally-based science programs, including Marine Biology, Captive Wildlife Care & Education, and Wildlife & Fisheries. Teaching responsibilities may include Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, and other courses within the biology curriculum. Other responsibilities include advising students and participation in college governance.
The ideal candidate will have an appropriate terminal degree, history of quality classroom teaching and innovative laboratory pedagogy, and willingness to engage with colleagues. Including undergraduates in a field-based research program that addresses environmental problems is desirable.
