Texas A&M University has a new REU site funded by the National Science Foundation for 10 undergraduate students to conduct cutting-edge research in the cloud forests of Costa Rica. Specifically, students will have an opportunity to conduct research in the areas of:
. Climate controls and change in a cloud forest . Plant-atmosphere feedbacks . Soil-atmosphere interaction . Partitioning of atmosphere and soil moisture Successful applicants will receive all expenses paid trip to Costa Rica in addition to a $500 a week stipend.
