Hi Eric, I am not sure if this translates well to amphibians, but I know that fish of all stages (even eggs) can be treated with repeated small doses of formalin for a variety of fungi and parasites. You may find more information on this subject in the amphibian aquaculture literature and University Extension fact sheets for growers.
