FIELD TECHNICIAN (1) - needed *1 April to 31 June 2011.* We are examining the effects of heavy metals on the immune system of Song Sparrows in southeast Arizona. Duties will include target and mist netting, banding, drawing blood, collecting feathers, and data entry. It is strongly preferred that applicants have experience with handling small passerines. Applicants should be able to work long hours (starting before sunrise) in relatively remote areas, and in hot weather. Field housing will be provided in the Patagonia area. Salary is $270 per week.
