A postdoctoral position is available at The Cary Institute of Ecosystem 
Studies in Millbrook NY, with a multi-disciplinary team (including Cary 
PIs LaDeau, Rosi-Marshall and Cole) to investigate how urbanization alters 
the ecosystem functions that regulate mosquito production, especially of 
species that transmit disease-causing agents. Field work will be located 
at the Baltimore Ecosystem Study LTER in Baltimore, MD. 

Desired candidate has a Ph.D. and a strong background in aquatic 
invertebrate ecology. Proven experience with invertebrate emergence 
production or mosquito ecology is a plus. Position will begin June 1, 2011.
