The Biology Program at Bard College is seeking applicants for a full-time, one-year visiting faculty position at the assistant level, beginning in the fall of 2011. The successful candidate will teach a biostatistics course, a 100-level course each semester, and an advanced seminar course one semester. The candidate’s specific area of expertise is flexible but should complement the program’s existing strengths in ecology, evolution, microbiology, molecular biology and biochemistry. The successful candidate will possess a Ph.D. and will be expected to involve undergraduates in their research.
