Dear Colleagues,

First Asia-Pacific conference for the integrative behavioral science 
(APCIB2011) will be held in Xi'an, China during July 25-27, 2011. Xi’an city, 
which records the great changes of the Chinese nation just like a living 
history book, is a world-famous tourist city and a treasure house of cultural 
relics.

The main objective of APCIB2011 is to provide a platform for researchers, 
academicians as well as young scientists from all over the world to present 
their research results and development activities in behavioral science. This 
conference provides opportunities for the participant to exchange new ideas, to 
establish research relations and to find global partners for future 
collaboration. The conference will also create an atmosphere in which young 
talents get the opportunity to mix with professors and many well-known 
scientists.

The conference will be organized with symposia covering leading research in 
behavioral ecology and evolution; behavioral neuroscience and 
neuroendocrinology; sensory behavior and animal communication; cognitive 
behavior and others. Those interested in presenting their research at the 
conferences will be required to submit abstracts in advance of the meeting.

research that explores the interface between zoological disciplines, and is 
truly integrative by illuminating the greater picture.
