Dear Ecologgers

I want to use GLA (Gap light analyser v 2.0) to estimate canopy aperture in
a coffee shadow plantation at our field site in Panama.
Difficulties in finding a suitable fish eye lens (because of the cost and
the risk of bringing one from a friend to the field), have forced me towards
using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 camera with a 25 mm wide lens.

What are the pros and cons in using this camera with GLA?
Does anyone know how to change the configuration settings in GLA to allow
for the use of this kind of camera? I am having problems to identify:
Projection distortion
Suntrack
Sky regions
Model parameters and sky region brightness.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
