SIU-Edwardsville has an MS degree in Environmental Studies. I took a course in environmental impact assessment and in environmental policy from their program and it was very good. I believe they offer a whole array of similar courses (environmental siting, etc.) in the program. Again, that was back in 1995, so the program may have changed considerably.
