Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a forage grass that will grow quickly in saturated soils along streams in the northeast and that horses would eat as forage. Reed canarygrass keeps popping up as a suggestion, but I'm terribly leery about introducing more of such an aggressive species into local wetlands.

Thanks.

Andy
