Dear All, This fall, I am going to teach for the first time a 3rd year course in ecology-based environmental policy. I am inheriting the course from someone else who traditionally put the focus on exploring ecological/environmental problems that may or may not have led to environmental legislation. I would like to change the focus slightly more towards the process (and struggles) of developing environmental legislation.
Can you make suggestions for a textbook I could use as basis for such a course? It would be great if the textbook would not be focussed on just one jurisdiction, but would cover different levels of government and compare between jurisdictions. Thanks a lot for all suggestions.
