Ecolog: Just having received this link from the California Invasive Plant Council, I thought I would pass it along for those interested in the subject.
I am interested in as many comments from ecologists as I can get. It's a huge document, so feel free to scan and comment on your areas of interest. Hint: I see a tremendous potential for the participtation of ecologist and the emphasis of the discipline of scientific ecology here.
