The Department of Biology at St. Olaf College seeks candidates for a
tenure-track position in Microbiology. In various semesters, teaching
responsibilities will include microbiology and other courses that could
include immunology, molecular biology, genetics, introductory biology, and
new or existing courses in the candidate’s area of expertise. The successful
candidate will also be expected to develop a research program amenable to
the inclusion of undergraduate students. Our science faculty is heading in
to its fourth year in a new science facility, an environment that houses
excellent teaching and research spaces and fosters collaborative work among
faculty and students.
