Arizona State University’s Division of Mathematical and Natural Sciences
invites applications for an Assistant Professor in chemistry with expertise
in toxicology, forensics, and/or environmental science. Duties involve
teaching, engaging in scholarly activity, and providing service to the
university and the profession. Required: Ph.D. in relevant discipline by
August 2012; ability to contribute to newly developing programs in Forensics
and/or Environmental Science; ability to contribute to the Division in the
areas of teaching, research, and service. Desired Qualifications: 
Postdoctoral research experience and interest in establishing
interdisciplinary research programs with other faculty in the Division. 
Experience mentoring undergraduates in research.  Experience developing new
courses.  Candidates that can enhance and complement ASU's strengths in the
broad areas of sustainability, education, and health are encouraged to apply.
