Hi everybody
I hope someone can help me out there. I am working on a bait preference study,
testing three different baits with simultaneous presentation. I plan to change
the order in which the baits are presented (spatially: for example, day one :
1,2 3, day two, 3, 1, 2, etc. for the six combinations). The idea is to rank
which bait is eaten first, the theory being if one was preferred over another
it would be eaten first regardless of the spatial order in which the baits are
presented. I would then rank them. Is anyone out there familiar with this type
of what I believe is essentially a cross over design and analyzing rank data?
I would be grateful for any input or suggestions on resources I could consult
for designing this study.
Thanks.
