The School of Forestry at Northern Arizona University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Forest Soils and Ecosystem Ecology. This is a 9-month, tenure-track appointment, with an anticipated start date of 8/17/2012. The successful applicant will be expected to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels (e.g., forest soils, forest ecology, ecosystem ecology), develop a productive, externally-funded research program, and advise graduate students. The minimum qualification is an earned Ph.D. in forestry, soil science, ecosystem ecology or related field conferred by start date.
