I would like to get your suggestion on the issue below. I am
studying endemic species distribution in a landscape especially in small
patches. I have data related to species number, girth and height
distribution, regeneration profile as well as measures of disturbance (4/5
factors). I am trying to analyse how much these disturbance factors affect
the endemic variables. So, response variables are (species number, GBH-HT
distribution, regeneration etc.) and predictors are factors related to
disturbance.
I have tried multivariate regression and multiple regression, but in that
case, I have to restrict number of response (for multiple regression) as
well as predictor variables (for multivariate regression). Is there any
other way, where I can use all response and predictor variables for data
analysis?
