Dear all, I have one year of eddy covariance data from a temperate forest system, that needs to be gap filled and partitioned into GPP and Re from NEE. As I have very little working knowledge of the eddy covariance system, I am wondering if anybody would be so kind to offer some help. I would really appreciate it if you could help me perform this type of flux partitioning procedure or direct me to an online software or tool to do so.
