Hi all, I'd like to measure canopy cover using a fisheye camera in my research plots in the Bay Area, California. Most of the literature I've found deals with point sampling, but I'm interested in sampling plots (each of my plots is 25 x 25 m). Are you aware of a suitable simple protocol? All I was able to find in the literature was either point sampling or papers that didn't specify their exact method. Please let me know if you have some information - either a protocol or a good advice. Thanks! Merav
