I would highly, and I stress highly, recommend looking for "real jobs" instead of "training positions". A good rule of thumb for school is: if you can achieve your career goals/dreams without it, best to just get started going after those instead of unnecessary delay in school. Think of school as something to do "only if absolutely necessary".
