We see another U.S. presidential election with essentially no mention of
our environment, no mention at all of conservation, and with the threat of
significant disempowerment of women, which also impacts our environment
negatively. Both candidates are in hot competition except in the context
of economic growth that both see as the solution to our problems, which
idea simply cannot be true. This election had advertising costs of more
than $1 billion. It happens just this way every four years, and with too
little happening to better our environment right along. Some of us are
working to change this pattern of bad behavior and to increase the
involvement of the public in conservation. Might you find one dollar or
perhaps a few dollars to contribute toward people working cooperatively to
help solve our environmental woes? We are Endow-Bio, Inc., the First
National Endowment for Biodiversity. Learn more at www.Endow-Bio.org.
Thank you!
Andrew Williams, Pres.
